Survey module is Openface R&D module which allows users to create surveys to be completed by site visitors. It is implemented with CH2. I solely designed and developed this module. Each survey may consist of several types of questions such as multiple-choice question, close-ended question and open-ended question. The survery creator is able to create sub-questions of specific questions. Survey submissions are stored in the database. The survey's result can be viewed through web browsers.  |
